Since 1994, World Teachers’ Day has been held annually on the 5th October and allows us to celebrate, appreciate and thank all of the wonderful teachers and education professionals who transform the industry and inspire children across the world on a daily basis.
This year’s World Teachers’ Day theme is all about recognising and appreciating teachers’ voices and working towards a new social contract for education.
This day also serves as a reminder of the importance of quality education and the role of teachers in achieving it.
